Processing Time

All Legacy Masterpieces collectible cards are custom-made to order. Please allow 7-14 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

United States: FREE SHIPPING

International Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. We ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, and United Arab Emirates.

Delivery Times

Domestic (United States): 5-7 business days after production

International: 7-21 business days after production, depending on destination

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at legacymasterpieces@yahoo.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.
