REFUND POLICY
Customized Products - No Returns
All Legacy Masterpieces collectible cards are custom-made to order with personalized athlete information, photos, and details specified by the customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse.
Exceptions
We stand behind the quality of our products. We will provide a replacement or refund in the following circumstances:
- Defective Products: Cards that arrive damaged, misprinted, or with manufacturing defects
- Our Error: If we printed incorrect information due to our mistake (not customer error in customization)
- Shipping Damage: Cards damaged during transit
Reporting Issues
Customers must report any defects, errors, or damage within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at legacymasterpieces@yahoo.com with:
- Order number
- Photos of the defective/damaged card
- Description of the issue
Customer Errors
We are not responsible for:
- Typos or errors in customer-provided customization details
- Incorrect photos uploaded by the customer
- Design preferences or subjective dissatisfaction with the final product
Resolution
For approved claims, we will offer a replacement card or full refund at our discretion. Replacement cards will be produced and shipped as quickly as possible.
